The wildfires in Tennessee have caused significant damage and disruption. Horace Mann would like to make you aware of special accommodations available to Tennessee customers who experienced loss as a result of, or have otherwise been affected by, the wildfires that spanned more than 3,400 acres in Sevier County.

Cancellation or nonrenewal of policies for the non-payment of premium will be suspended for a period of sixty (60) days during the period of April 29, 2022 to June 29, 2022 for those policyholders who suffered property damage, injuries, and other losses, as a result of the catastrophic events at the request of our insured. This extension of time is not a waiver of the policyholder’s obligation to pay premium.
